Who We Are
For the founders of the Central District Conference, the vision was clear - to be a witnessing community for the Kingdom of God as He gave them strength and opportunity. They envisioned for their time a need to organize and maintain churches, benevolent institutions, schools, and to hire evangelists, missionaries, teachers and medical workers.
The Central District Conference has sought to continue the vision of our founders by impacting the world through the Gospel. We exist to strengthen our church leaders/pastors, plant new churches, renew existing churches, and give biblical training and clarity on what it means to be a theologically conservative evangelical Anabaptist network of churches on mission.
And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

Our Governance
The Central District Conference of MB Churches is a regional group of churches who voluntarily submit to one another via the Bylaws of the Central District Conference. Member churches agree to be bound by these bylaws and cooperate together for the benefit of all. Central District churches are also members of the US Conference of MB Churches and work together in harmony with the Bylaws of the US Conference.
